My name is Elizabeth and I help hurt people to heal through offering Reiki Treatments and Attunement Training.

I see the light that shines within each person who comes to work with me, and love to help that light shine more brightly. As one of my wisest teachers once said: “We are each nothing but the beauty of creation temporarily obscured…”

I am privileged to be a Way Opener, a Key Holder and a Wisdom Keeper as a Reiki Master in The Golden Reiki Way. I am also a Shamanic Reiki Healer and Advanced Crystal Reiki Healer.

I see the extraordinary in the ordinary, and the ordinary in the extraordinary. I believe in the healing power of love and hope, and of touch, listening and sharing. I make no promises. I hold no magic wand or pill.

What I offer to you is an invitation to begin a journey of self-discovery through the three steps of healing, empowerment and transformation.

WORKING WITH ME:

My reiki room is always individually prepared for you. You will first be invited to sit, whilst we drink tea and gently begin to explore how come you have decided to book to work with me.

When you feel ready, you will be invited to lie on my healing couch and made comfortable with pillows and blankets, the lights dimmed, soft music played. Then I simply become the channel for the healing intelligence of Reiki to flow to you.

Some Beings and Guides are always present in the space. Some are called upon as appropriate for the work we do. Others will arrive entirely dependent upon your need and are personal to you.

Some are personal to me.

I act simply to create, hold and maintain the sacred space of your time with me ~ and sometimes I am the messenger.

My ego has no place in the room once I become the channel for Reiki. I do not “heal you”. Reiki acts as a catalyst for your healing. It has it’s own intelligence and will move to where ever it is needed for your highest good and happiness.

This offers healing to emotional wounding and lifting self-limiting beliefs.

As issues resolve, generational/karmic patterns shift positively.

I have been in practice since 2004, beginning as a Classical Homeopath then training in Reflexology and Reproflexology, before being introduced to Golden Way Reiki in 2011. This taught me about the true nature of healing, and continues to teach me. Reiki is now central to me life and my healing practice.

My personal Reiki Attunement and Training enables me to work with the multifaceted nature of your being.

Many of those who come to work with me have no idea what “Reiki” is!

They come from many different walks of life, and are simply people who have been hurt by life and who are seeking healing. Many of my clients have suffered from broken trust, broken hearts and broken connection to Spirit. They find me and trust my ability hold space and to offer what they need.

Gifted and sensitive young people who have arrived on our beautiful planet, wondering what on earth they are doing here… I earth and ground them, repair their shields and boundaries ~ freeing them to work confidently with the special gifts they have for the good of our Earth.

Grief and loss: Much of my work today is about helping those who are going through grief and loss, maybe that is of a person or pet, a relationship, a sense of purpose, of direction, of creativity, of home or of health.

Shock and trauma (including PTSD): These take people out of body, and can lead to a great sense of disconnection, to the freeze/flight response and panic attacks. Reiki moves to heal the source, gently re-embodies and brings calm and peace.

Self belief and self worth: Often I find myself gently encouraging those who are struggling with issues of self-belief and self-worth, helping them to break generational patterns of wounding.

Abuse and/or addiction in particular can shatter the being. This is not “quick fix” work, but I enable them to leave behind years of hurt and pain, through the gentle healing power of listening and touch, and by offering a supportive, steady and progressive way forward.

Some, sadly, have suffered at the hands of those who erroneously call themselves “healers”. They come so that we may remove the harms they have received and re-find their joy and freedom in life.
